Cancellation Policy
At Brows AN Beyond, we value your time and strive to provide a smooth, relaxing experience for all guests. Please review our booking policies before scheduling: 1. Booking: All appointments must be booked online. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service fee. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. If another customer is booked after you and arrives on time, priority will be given to the next scheduled client, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Full service fees may still apply. 4. Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit to secure your booking, which will be applied to your total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations. 5. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may require prepayment for future bookings. 6. Children & Guests: To maintain a calm atmosphere, we ask that only clients receiving services attend. 7. Health & Safety: Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
